I delivered baby on Dec 16, 2023 via c section. I started using maternity belt post 7 weeks of delivery. I want to know till when I need to use it?

You don't need it anymore. You can get back to normal daily activities , exercise if you can find time, it iss best way to restore the normal muscle strength of abdominal muscles.
