Suddenly while having lunch(veg),i started feeling bloated,and could not eat much ,then i started experiencing tightness and pain at back of chest,and upper abdomen and some movements in upper abdomen...then i passed foul gas..what is it due to??kindly tell me..pain is still there..

May be relateD  to some intestinal Infection or Gastritis etc. Often INTESTINAL gastric and other organic disease have similar SYMPTOMS. These need to be differentiated based on DETAILED evaluation.
Next Steps
avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
