I feel tightness at the back of the head, exactly where the spinal cord ends and the medulla oblongata starts. This usually happens during the night time. Also I feel a bit dizzy at times. There are red bruises in different parts of the body. I am worried.

this could be due to cervical spondylsis problem meet a neurologist in your town if possible do mri scan
