Tight stool passing and burning .

I have 2 problems 1) tight passing stool. 2) burning while washing.feeling like there are some cuts on anal region. But there no such cuts. Burning is killing me. I need some good medicines and tablets. I hate ointments. I request to give me some tablets.

It is definitely because of anal fissure... U need life style modification and certain medicine
