My skin on penis is tight and it's little painful to pull back completely when penis is erect. While doing sex without condom the frenulum is painful and cannot have normal sex. Due to tight frenulum when I pull my skin when penis is erect it's painful and frenulum is very thick. Is it okay if we cut frenulum through surgery?. If yes, please let me know how many days it would take to recover? And are there any side affects after the surgery?
