Tight motion for 1 year baby

Now my baby is 1yr 2 months... Once in a day she does her motion and she does it very tight.. Many times i fed her banana but its of no use and she doesn't like water forcibly i make her to drink 125ml of water every day and when baby is doing motion she cries a lot...Kindly provide me the solution..

Start syp looz 5ml once before sleep for 5 days ... And if still persisted then get a thyroid done as well
