Tight headache,insomnia memory problems

For the last 6-7 months I am having tight and sometimes burning headache on left side of the head(top of the skull and back of the head).I am also having very light sleep in the night and feeling difficulty falling asleep in the noon time.For the last few weeks I am having irritated and inflamed sensation in the left side of the neck also.It is greatly disrupting my performance also(remembering and learning).Please suggest some remedies ?
