Tight glasses tight band left side

Very tight glasses has caused swelling and tightness in left side of head. I'm facing mild photophobia, lack of concentration since 1.5 year. I've taken traditional and almost all alternative therapies but still I feel tight band on left side. My CT scan report was normal. What treatment should I take to release this left tight region? Please help.

Not sure what that tightness mean. Have you seen a neurologist?
