I've got tight frenulum. It is easy for me to pull back the foreskin in normal circumstances. But when the penis is erected, it it a bit of painful. And also it is very painful to bring back the foreskin to its position as it rolls back inside. I masturbate regularly, but I'm not able to masturbate with pulling the full foreskin back. Please help me out.
