I am 28 year old,I have a foreskin which I can't pull back when my penis is erect. Having pain while trying to pull back...Is it phimosis or paraphimosis...Is there any treatment without surgery or should i for surgery..Is it fine for surgery in this age or any side effects of surgery??? I am worried
