Tight foreskin

I had yeast infection 3 months ago, it got cured by applying clotramizole. But ever since then the foreskin around the the head has been tight, this makes pulling it back during an erection painful. I have been trying to loosen it by apply moisturizer and massaging it but it hasn't worked. Please help me out here as I'm about to go abroad and want to be better before i leave.
