Hi there, It's the crucial time for you. NIPT is very efficient in detecting the anomalies. Get Amniocentesis done as it is the confirmatory test for this situation. I would advice not to waste time as time is less in your case. Amniocentesis report takes time. Get in touch with fetal medicine expert. Consult your gynecologist.

NIPT has very high sensitivity for diagnosing t21. Almost 99%. So u may be having high chances. Consult your GYNAECOLOGIST earliest! Or meet a fetal medicine expert to get an AMNIOCENTESIS done where you can get FISH/Qf PCR + KARYOTYPING done.
