I understand by tics you mean twitching of Eyelids. Mostly these are totally harmless and can occur to anyone. But if it's chronic then better to meet any Neurophysician to rule out Benign Essential Blepharospasm or other causes. It can be caused by lack of sleep, lack of nutrition, over work , stress, lots of tea/coffee/smoking/alcohol. So the treatment again comprises of:
1. Adequate sleep
2. Daily exercise and meditation
3. Reduce on stress
4. Decrease Tea/ Coffee/smoking/ alcohol
5. Healthy nutritious diet
6. Whenever the twitching starts you can apply warm compress to the eye. ( Can dip a clean cotton in warm drinking water and keep over closed eyes for 30 seconds)
7. If you are not already on any Lubricant Eyedrops then start with Eyedrops Genteal 1 drop 3 times a day for both eyes.
