Hey there...
I went through your reports. It says
there is a nerve Compression in the neck because of buldgin of disc. Since there is compression at nerve root, the tingling / numbness sensations will radiate into the arms and fingers along the route of the nerve. To get rid of it, you have to get rid off the compression in the neck.
Next Steps
See a Physiotherapist.
- Take Shortwave diathermy and ultrasonic therapy to reduce the inflammation and relax the muscles of the neck region.
- Once the inflammation has subsided, go for ultrasound and cervical traction to release the compression from your neck. By this you will see the tingling sensations will reduce over a period of time
Treatment duration: 12-15 days. Everyday half an hour dedicated physiotherapy. There will be 5-7% recovery everyday so you need to take it on a regular basis. If recovery more than that.. Its an added bonus.
Just relax dont worry about it too much.
