Recently I bought a dog , i have been seen small ticks size of a dot attaching to diffrent parts of my body , yesterday I found a tick on the head of the penis , it was swollen and red , i removed the tick and applied calamine lotion . There is now a small rash at the head of my penis , should I be concerned?
