Hi Doctor, I met with an accident before 3 months my tibia and fibula got fractured after that I had undergone surgery they inserted a rod in my leg but my bone is not healing after 3 months also now the doctors are saying they need to remove screws from rod. I am scared. Why my bone is not healing?

The procedure is called Dynamizaion. removal of screw helps in compression at fracture site. Which helps in fracture union.
