Initially i had Tsh levels 7.15, i took 50 mcg and the Tsh dropped to 0.46 I discontinued the tab for 3 months and it again went back to 7.20. Now I'm taking 25mcg for 3 months and the test result done yesterday showed Tsh level of 6.8 What dose I have to continue. Shall I need to increase the dose ? Age: 25M Weight: 87kg

You can increase the dose to 37.5mcg.. Also I would recommend you to get a Anti TPO antibody level done Regards Dr Sajal Kamat DM Endocrinology
