I was on 75mcg tapered to 50mcg. I stopped medication for some 15days due to some reason. Today My TSH value is 13.42. Plz advise on what dosage should I continue...

Continue at 50 mcg and check your TSH after 6 weeks but then do not discontinue therapy before getting your blood tests done
