Thyronorm and betablocker

•Can I take Thyronorm 25 mcg and carvedilol 3.125 mg medicines together at the same time early morning? Or if required how much gap?
TSH was 10 newly diagnosed. Dr gave 50 mcg Thyronorm. After 2 months TSH 0.13. Dose now 25 mcg.
To maintain dose gap between carvedilol 3 times, need to take it in morning.
•If TSH comes normal in next testing, can I stop medicine? No symptoms.

Any existing cardiac disease for which you are taking beta blocker?
If for heart disease taking , then no need to give any gap or may be 30 mins gap is ok
Make sure to take meds at same time each day
I presume you'll be taking thyroid medicine in empty stomach
Dose can be adjusted ; but stopping completely is not a good idea; consult your primary physician before doing such things

* At least 1 hr of strict fasting post Thyronorm is required for taking any medication in the morning.
* Stopping Thyronorm is advisable only if TSH,Ft4 and Ft3 are maintained within normal limits with the dose at 12.5mcg, negative Anti-TPO Antibody reports and the complete Thyroid Profile monitored 2-3 months later.
