Sir i have tested wife's thyroid and the level of TSH - 10.9 , T3 - 81.3 , T4 - 6.4 What should i do and which doctor i should consult.

According to ur tests ur diagnosis is hypothyroidism. However u need to get some more tests and consult an ENT specialist to start medication.
