My Anti thyroglobin is 5.8 n TPO is 705iu/ml and tsh levels are normal . Can I know is it is hypo tyroid

Hello If u r not a known hypothyroid previously then as per ur present  report u r euthyroid. Tpo antibodies more than reference lab range indicates autoimmune etiology and prone to become hypothyroid in the near future.. At present no active trtmnt required. Just monitor T4,TSH  every 3 to 6 months
