Is it necessary to take thyroid test before breakfast and without taking thyroid pills? Or is it ok to take after breakfast and after taking thyroid pill, please suggest

Take the thyroid test with tablet without breakfast. Thyroid medicines are always suggested to take it first thing in the morning in empty stomach
