Just got my thyroid test done and below are the results: TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) - result- 132 ng/dl, range -60-200; TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) - result- 11.4 µg/dl, range- 4.5-12; THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) - Result - 2.86 µIU/ml, range- 0.3-5.5. What should be the next steps? Do have have to get on medication?

TSH of 2.86 does not require thyroid hormone replacement if done at a reliable lab and no symptoms.
