I am not able to figure out the report. Please help me to know what it means and says and is my thyroid normal or more and should I show up to doctor?

This could be just a lab error. You can get it repeated after a month or so. If the pattern is similar to this one, you should see an Endocrinologist.

It's normal report.Euthyroid Repeat test after 2 months. At that time check Free T3 Free T4 and TSH.
