My wife diagnosed with thyroid and the values are here In February TSH 9.37 doctor prescribed 50 mg In March tested again T3- 128.41 ng/dal T4- 7.53  ug/dL TSH 3.62 ulU/mL In April repots are T3 -1.1 ng/mL T4 - 9.9 ug/dL TSH - 0.68 ulU/ml Is we need to change dosage or not

The dosage needs to be changed. Current thyroid tests show that current dose of thyroxine is higher than your requirements . The degree of dose adjustment will depend on symptoms, weight and plans for pregnancy
