Weight gain may be because of lack ofphysical activity and not eatingi in time.Loss of hair may be due to deficiency of minerals,Vit D3. So check Vit D3. If it is low take Vit D3 supplementation, eat in regular intervals.Eat lots of vegetables,green leafy veg,fruits.Eat in time.Get exposed to sunlight.
