Hello, my father has been suffering from thyroid for almost 3 years and is TSH value is decreasing and increasing. He is using 100mcg. In the last sept TSH value is 6.2 and today it's 10.3. please suggest the further.

Good evening! What are his symptoms nw? And how was the sample given with medications or without? Was he taking medications regularly? Any neck swelling? Voice change or resp distress?

Hi as ur father’s TSH value is increasing that means his thyroid levels are decreasing. That means 100mcg dose u are using is not sufficient make it 100+12.5mcg/day and repeat the TSH test after 1 month.
