Thyroid problem

Hello I am 29 years old female unmarried..due to delay in period I got my tsh done it showed 5.8 and normal max value is 5.5...in Dec I did my thyroid it was normal so what should I do? Shaould I start medicines or it's normal???

Hello right now no medication required. Medicine will only start if it go above 7 or if you are facing some health issues.. right now just relax and do some exercise have warm water daily 2 glasses in morning and 2 in evening. Check your BMI .. which you can do on net .
