Hello doc my tsh is 6.3 but t3 nd t4 are normal how much time it will take me back to normal as i am planning for baby and my weight is also sometimes reduces then gained

you have hypothyroidism take medicine after consulting a doctor for it. Approx one month  it will take TSH to come on normal level. Monitor your TSH level on regular intervals and continue your medicine.
