Thyroid post delivery

I had hypothyroidism during pregnancy and was taking thyronorm. After delivery I stopped taking Tablets. When I got thyroid profile test done post 7 months after delivery the TSH is >150 microUI/ml and T4 is 2.0 micrograms /dL. Please help in understanding this report.
