Having Neck pain from 3-4 months Neck sonography shows two collide nodules One around 5×4 cm and one of 4 mm Went for FNAC report One shows medullary carcinoma category 6 Did another FNAC in different hospital.. it showed hashimotosis category 2 What we should do?

Best management option is surgery , where the swelling will be removed surgically and will be sent for examination. Depending on the results , further management can be planned .
