Thyroid levels are high and Headache

I have a high thyroid level.TSH 7.85. Also lately I am suffering left sided headache after lunch everyday for last 3 weeks. I feel very sleepy even after 7 hours of sleep and my head feels very heavy always in the left side. My neck and eyes hurt equally bad with the headache. I am always tired. Attached is my thyroid blood test report.Please help me.
