Thyroid Level - Planning pregnancy

Hi T3 - 2.44 T4 - 8.73 TSH - 4.81 We are planning pregnancy from Dec 20 Taking Fol 5 and Becadexamin from Sep to Dec Do I need to take thyroid medicine before planning pregnancy or the thyroid level is ok for pregnancy?

You can take Tablet Thyronorm 25 micrograms one tablet early morning fasting daily for 6 weeks
Next Steps
Recheck Serum TSH after 6 weeks and if less than 2.5 plan pregnancy
