Hello Doctor, I need your help to understand thyroid issues that I have started having lately. I got my complete body check up done on 3rd Oct 2021 in which my TSH 3RD GENERATION ULTRA( TSH3 - UL), SERUM came (33) which is very high, so my doctor prescribed me to start taking thyroid medication BUT I was taking ashwagandha from past couple of months at night with milk and I read somewhere that it can fluctuate thyroid levels now I am in doubt whether to continue with the thyroid medication or not , I have stopped taking ashwagandha though, I want to get myself tested again please advise should I stop thyroid medication for sometime and then get my test done to get accurate results or what should I do? I am really confused, please help. Thanks & Regards, Ajitesh
