Thyroid issue

I have thyroid issues, I want to get out of it completely, what should I do? Currently on medications 50mcg Also I do regular yoga , weight around 55 kgs and height is 5 fts.

In general, in the western system of medicine, there’s no permanent cure for hypothyroidism. You may need to take it life long. However, hypothyroidism due to thyroiditis maybe transient.

symptoms can be controlled with thyroid supplements... May not be possible to "get out of it completely"

It's a chronic disease, you can control it with thyroxine medication, but sadly you can't get rid of it.
