Thyroid is not under control

Hi ...my thyroid level was 4.8 before pregnancy and after getting conceive my gync started on 25 mcg and it was still 3.7 so she raised it to 37.5 mcg at 3 months  and now I am 5 months it's raised to 4.7mcg...any suggestion on this please
