So my mother's is on her post covid treatment when she developed swelling on her face and fatigue also restlessness and lack of sleep . I doubt as there is sudden gain in weight so I did a thyriod test and all of her thyroid profile is low t3,t4 and tsh all are low .what treatment should I start ?
