I did a routine test of thyroid hormone. My TSH Level is 5.71 (0.27-4.20 being normal range). I take Thyrox 50 every morning empty stomach. Kindly suggest any precaution to be taken for increased TSH level

You should increase the dose of thyroxin.   Thyronorm 62.5 microgm.
