TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 210 mg/dl ;
HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT 33 mg/dl ;
LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT 147 mg/dl ;
TRIGLYCERIDES 204 mg/dl ;
Suggest further course of treatment.
Right you are having two problems.

9. Any constipation problem ?
10. Any Drugs history ?
