T3 is the active form of thyroid hormone, which appears to be in the lower range, but TSH is also in the lower limit of normal range. Low TSH values should suggest that you are already having enough thyroid hormones in your system. In my opinion, the low T3 is probably the result of inderal 40 mg, which is propranolol, which reduces conversion of T4 to T3. So if you are having any particular symptoms related to thyroid, like cold or hot intolerance, weight loss or weight gain, bowel problems etc, you can consult an endocrinologist and adjust your doses. If you do not have symptoms, you can repeat TSH after 3 months.

T3 is rapidly changing parameter in comparison to T4 & TSH. According to lab values you've provided T4 is within normal range & TSH is slightly below normal, so unless you're having symptoms which are related to thyroid no need to change the dose (i.e. intolerance to cold, excessive tiredness without apparent cause, constipation, etc)
Next Steps
If you're having such symptoms & other problem kindly consult your physician.
Health Tips
As you have mentioned,i see you're taking BP lowering medications, so kindly take low salt diet. & do moderate cardio exercise for a healthy heart.
