Thymic cyst

I have diagnosed with a thymic cyst of 5cm accidentally.Aspiration has been done 2 yrs back and there is no malignancy..Now my question is that whether that thymic cyst should be removed via surgery or is there any other medicine to supress the cyst as iam facing little sharp pinch pain in the chest area.waiting for your response.

If it is causing any problem than only consider surgery. Medicines can not suppress cyst
