I feel a thumping sound in my left ear since few days. It feels like pulse matching with the heart beat. I am 34yrs old and have this feeling for few minutes every day and then it goes away. I have constant neck pain and pressure in the head due incorrect sleeping posture. Pls suggest what should I do
