I have some clumsiness in my thumb of the right hand. The joint flutters sometimes and there is slight pain and clumsiness at both the joints of the thumb. I had De Quervains syndrome in my lady hand thumb after delivery, which lasted for  around a year and this feeling is similar to the numbness that I felt then, except this time, there is no wrist pain. What should I do?
