My son 3 months and 4 days old. He is having saliva in his mouth. He is been doing throw up action throughout day.  He does it in between feedings also. He does it even after proper burping. Is it due to saliva or anything else?

It might be a normal variant at the age of 3 months. But when there is cough / excessive secreTions / vomiting every feed , weight loss is a concern and Gastroesophageal reflux has to be ruled out.
