Throbing in temples and whole face

I had a very bad cold infection which is controlled and gone just a couple days back. I also had a bad adenoviral keratoconjunctivitis in August due to which I had sub epithelial infiltrates in my left eye for which I was under opthalmic soft steroid drops. Although both the cold and corneal spots are gone I am riddled with another problem. There is this mild throbing ache in the left side of my face (left eye was under steroid drops), the ache and throbing pressure involves the brows, temple, nose, cheek and even left ear. Its on and off and I have even stopped the drops due to fear. The pain intensified when sudden head movement or when bent over, even teeth are involved. Its like there is a pressure inside. I'm scared what is this, is this due to the blocked nose I had? But my nose isn't blocked anymore...never had something like this... Please help...
