12 yrs ago I had a head injury...I feel giddiness , throbbing and ache in my head... sometimes my neck muscles also get stiff...is this due to injury or something else

Looks part of injury and other compounding it is stress. Try relaxation exercises like deep breathing. If not cured consult. Thanks
