I am having ulcers in my throat. Taking medicines for multivitamins and digestion for 2 days, yet no improvement. Ulcers are spread till cheeks and even under lips. Digestion is fine. Doing salt gargles since yesterday, but no effect.

Dont to salt gargles..it will.cause more pain..get ur vitamin b12 and vitamin d levels checked
