Throat ulcer

My gallbledder was removed 1 year back due to multiple stones. Now I feel like whenever I eat some food, which is heat for body like any dry fruit, I get ulcer in throat, dryness which is  not painful. Iron, vitamin b12 deficiency, and already taking medicine for this. Please advise.

Your getting ulcers in the mouth has nothing to do with your gall bladder surgery. You should consult a General Physician as and when you get mouth ulcers.
