I was a smoker from past 3 years but left cigarette 3 months back. there is a problem i feel like something is stuck at back of my throat and there is a lot of whiteness i my tongue .. this an on an off situaition . no pain in throat but a very uneasy problem while eating .. attaching my tongue photo .. van anybody explaon is it a problem to worried ... .. please anyone ? and i spit alot little bit white sticky cough

Your problem may be due post nasal drip.. Tab montek LC once a day at bedtime Furamist nasal spray 2puff twice a day.. continue these both for 6weeks.. In the picture submucosal fibrosis like changes are noticed..take some antioxidants once a day..
