Except mild deviated septum and also I have sone my blood test done and attching report as well, where lymphocyte is more and and netrophil is slightly low, and this issue is since more than 3 month, I am eating and drinking properly and cholestrol and tryglyceride is also bit high, plz suggest if this swelling and inflammation could beauto immune inflammtion Or chronic allergic phayrngitis? Or something else?

Seems to be due to chronic allergic rhinitis... in chronic infections lymphocytes are more than neutrophils ...
Next Steps
Consult your ent specialist for oral inflammation
